Biography

Jean-François Remacle is a full professor at the Louvain School of Engineering and the Institute of Mechanics, Materials and Civil Engineering at Université catholique de Louvain. He earned his doctorate in engineering at the University of Liège in 1997. His academic work includes computational geometry, finite elements and the Gmsh mesh-generation software.
